I am not sure how much iron the Herbalife shakes contain. You may be able to check on the label to see if the shakes contain high levels of iron or you can phone the company (the contact details should be on the packaging) and ask if the shakes contain any added iron. If this should be the case, you should not use the shakes but rather consult a clinical dietitian (visit the Association for Dietetics in SA Website at: www.adsa.org.za and click on "Find a Dietitian" to find a dietitian in your area), for a slimming diet that is low in iron.
