help please
Hi Doc, this is my diet most days is it okay, i am active but this week i dont have the inlcanation to go to gym,

Breakfast: 2x Toast and peanutbutter, no butter
Snack: Banana, 1x Yoghurt
Lunch: Cup a soup and salad
Snack : oats bar
Dinner: Salad and minute seak

is this is all okay, thank okay

You should not gain weight on this diet as the energy content is not high, however, your diet is lacking in a number of important nutrients, so do try and add at least 2 cups of fat-free milk or yoghurt or cottage cheese to provide the calcium you need. Also consider having additional vegetables and a greater variety of fruit to boost your intake of protective nutrients.
