Dear Stormy11
Thank you for your kind words. Your present BMI = 39,3 which is very high and this can exacerbate your high bp. Click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then on 'Food as medicine' and 'Hypertension' and read about the DASH Diet which was developed in the USA to lower bp. This diet is low in fat and sodium which will respectively assist with weightloss and lower your bp. It also contains high levels of protective nutrients such as potassium and calcium which will further lower your bp. To get back into the normal weight range you would need to weigh 76 kg, so start the DASH Diet as soon as possible and once you start losing and your bp has dropped you can include regular daily exercise such as going for walks to increase your weightloss. Start slowly and gently and as you get fitter you can increase how far and fast you walk.
