How heavy should i start with??
Im a little confused at to how heavy the weights should be when I excersize. I normaly gym with weights that are heavy enough for me to do about 8 reps. I want to tone down.. not build.
Should the weights be lighter so i can do many reps?

Although I am not the Fitness Doc, but the Diet Expert, I do know from personal experience that you need to exercise with light weights to tone and not build muscles. You don't mention what weights you use, but if you can only do 8 reps then they must be pretty heavy. Use much lighter ones and do large numbers of repetitions to tone.
