How to erase saddlebags,(love handles)
Hi.My name is Michelle and I am 17-years-old.
I am 1,6m tall and I weigh 48kg. I lost a bit of weight over a long period of time and are comfortable with most parts of my body. I would like to know what I must eat or if I can do certain exercises to get rid of my saddlebags. They are not very bulky, but are not in perportion with the rest of my body. I would also like to know how I can get rid of stretch marks on my hip bones and lower back.I use cream, but it does not seem to be very effective. Hope you can help!

Dear Michelle
Seeing that your present BMI = 18,8, you are far too slim and in danger of slipping into the underweight category. Your ideal weight for height is 56 kg! so it would be advisable to gain some weight just to make sure that you are not so nutritionally vulnerable. 'Saddle bags' are a problem and I can only suggest that you do targeted exercise - ask Fitness Doc if she has a specific exercise programme. Stretch marks can be treated with various creams, e.g. Mincifit - contact them at (011) 341-0939. If the creams don't do the trick consult a Dermatologist for vascular laser and Retin A treatment.
