Im a 19 year old girl.
I really would like to no on how to lose weight i am now a size 12 and some clothes im a 14 in.
Ideally i would love to go back to my oringinal size which is a size 8-10.
Is there anyway you could help me and tell me what to eat?
Is there any way i can print of receipes from the net for a day-to-day eating.
Please help, i am so desperate to lose this weight.

To lose weight, you need to eat a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy, which you can print out for yourself), and combine it with regular exercise (running, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming). Be careful not to fall into the trap of starvation diets or start taking diet pills and potions as these are generally harmful to your health.
