I want, I want, I want!
i just wana eat everything in sight!
I have such a huge appetite in the last 2 weeks and i dont know why!! Im not overweight nor underweight, but i dont want to become either one either...
And no, im not pregnant...or taking any B vitamins

I just dont understand - i usually have a very small appetite and get full on half a sandwich, but ive just eaten a large chicken schwarma plus and apple and salad for breakfast!!!!!!!
Its not necessarily sweet things im craving, so i dont think its my bloodsugar either...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Dear Tammy
Well, you could be reacting to psychological stresses or just eating normally or you may have an underlying physical problem such as insulin resistance (which does not necessarily only make you crave sweet foods). You must judge what has changed in your life during the past 2 weeks - are you very happy, in love, bored, sad, depressed, frustrated? Have you changed your job or any of your usual habits? Any one of these factors could trigger your appetite, so if there is such a factor then this would be a possible cause. If your appetite continues to be excessive (and I don't think what you ate for breakfast is excessive) all day long for an extended period, then it may be a good idea to have a medical examination to rule out an underlying physical problem.
Best regards
