If I turn vegen, can i still mantain my body?
Hey there, im considering turning vegen once I have the body i want, i currently weigh around 70, but i hope to reach 85-90 in a few months, with my current gym and eating routine.. of course the additional weight will be mostly muscle.

My question is once I have the body i want and i decide to turn vegen, is it still possible to mantain it? (without protein shakes), could I then go to a dietican and say , " look i want to turn vegen now and mantain my body could you please work out a diet plan for me" ?

I think you are going to battle to maintain those beautiful muscles on a vegan diet as these diets contain so little protein. Rather consider eating a lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet which still includes milk and dairy products and eggs. Do consult a clinical dietitian (check the List of Dietitians on this Website or phone 082-593-0276 or send an e-mail to sscharf@nhcltd.com or look in your local telephone directory or Yellow Pages, to find a dietitian in your area) and hear what she/he will say.
