Increase metabolism
I have messed up my metabolism due to constant dieting etc. How do I get it to function normally - cant go to a Dr?

Dear Joe
The best way to regulate your metabolism and stimulate it, is to start doing as much aerobic exercise as possible on a daily basis. Try running, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming, or join a gym or Walk for Life, and do at least 30 or more minutes of aerobic exercise a day.
