Kelloggs special K diet
Good morning,

I have started with the above diet recently. I have already lost 1 kg. I eat the cereal for breakfast and lunch and then have a normal (but healthier) meal for dinner. I drink eight glasses of water per day, have a yoghurt mid-morning and a snack bar or fruit mid-afternoon. I also exercise for an hour every second day. Is this healthy or should I not follow this diet? They advise you to only use this for two weeks. And also, I have started taking Formula 2010 and Lipolean. I am about 12.5kg overweight. Thanks

Dear Shilo
You can use this diet for the specified period, after which you need to have a balanced, low-fat meal for lunch, e.g. fat-free yoghurt or cottage cheese, or a boiled egg, or a small portion of lean meat or fish with fruit and salads and 1 slice of wholewheat or rye bread, as it is a good idea to return to normal meals. Be careful that the snack bar is not too high in kilojoules so that it defeats the purpose of your diet. Keep up the good work with the exercise.
Good luck
