Dear Faye
I trust that you are eating eggs regularly and drinking milk and using yoghurt and different types of cheese? If not, then start doing this ASAP to provide you with high-quality protein, some iron, B vitamins and calcium. In addition you need to take a complete vitamin and mineral supplement such as Supradyn Forte and Salmon oil capsules to provide omega-3. It may also be a good idea to have blood tests to see if you are suffering from anaemia which could be caused by an iron and/or vit B12 deficiency. If this should be the case, the dr will put you on an iron-folic acid supplement and/or vitamin B12 supplement.
