late nite snack
I have lately been having the craving to eat something late at night, starting at about 10PM. i was wondering if you must just ignore it or if there was a low fat snack that would help with this irritating problem.

One of the best snacks you can have, is to drink a glass of fat-free or low-fat milk or eat a low-fat, or fat-free yoghurt when you get these late night cravings. The proteins in the milk products increase brain serotonin levels which reduce hunger and also promote sleep.
