Loosing weight

I am about 40 kg overweight - and 2005 will be the year to turnaround my life.

I am following a sensible diet (basically cutting out cooldrinks, chocolates, etc) and eating six small meals a day.

I would just like to know what I can do to avoid having lots of loose skin after I loose the weight.

I know that one option would be to monitor the weight loss to about a max of 0.5 to 0.75 kg per week.

I am just scared that a rapid weightloss will lead to a stomach with lots of loose skin.

Is there something I can do to prevent this?

Dear Motivated
Congratulations for taking the first step, towards the New You. The problem of loose skin can to a great extent be prevented if you start doing exercises to firm up the areas that are most inclined to sagging skin, e.g. the tummy, arms, etc. You can ask Fitness Doc for a set of exercises that tighten up loose muscles, or you can make use of those slimming machines which are either available for purchase or used in certain slimming salons. Then there is also the option of using products that can help for these problem areas -contact Lilian Terry International at (021) 361-2606 and ask about their Cellulito Aromeopathic Complexes. You need to start with this regimen right from the beginning. Most people lose a lot of weight and then try to do something about the loose skin.
Good luck with your excellent endeavour.
Best regards
