Dear Martie
To lose weight you need to combine a weight loss diet (i.e. a balanced diet with a reduced energy content, so start cutting out fats) with your exercise. Click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a low-fat, energy-reduced diet and compare with your present diet and make the necessary adjustments.
Best regards
