low white cell count
Is there any way of increasing a very low white cell count with diet?
Dear Lenka
Foods that boost your basic immunity may help, e.g. fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, fish, eggs, milk and dairy products. Combine these with unprocessed, unsifted grains and cereals and legumes, seeds, nuts and olive oil to provide a fully balanced, nutrient-rich diet. It may also help to take a complete vitamin and mineral supplement such as Centrum or Supradyn Forte and Salmon oil capsules (for omega-3 which boosts the immune system a great deal).
Best regards
