Lunch?
Is this ok for lunch when trying to loose weight:

2 x crisp bread (no butter)
4 slices of light cheese
tuna with a tiny bit of light mayo
Tomato

Yes, this should be adequate. Just make sure that the cheese you use is low-fat (Litchten Blanc or fat-free cottage cheese), as cheeses can be high in fat. Also add other 'free vegetables' like cucumber, watercress, lettuce, gherkins, celery, etc to your lunch to provide vitamins and variety.
