Dear Nicola
Matzos is so-called unleavened bread, which is made with flour and water. According to the SA Food Tables it contains `634 kJ, 10.5g plant protein, 1.9g fat, and 86.6g of carbohydrates per 100g. Weigh how much you eat to calculate your energy intake from this bread substitute.
