Dear Kevin
I am not quite sure what you mean with 'tonic recipes'?? Usually individuals take molasses as tonic on its own or add it to breakfast cereals. Considering that you will probably only ingest about 1 tablespoon of molasses a day (15g), this will not really boost your B vitamin and iron intake. 15g of molasses only contains traces of vit B1, vit B2, niacin, and the other B vitamins. 1 tablespoon does contain 2,4 mg of iron, which is 16% of the RDA for an adult. Molasses is also rich in potassium.
Best regards
