Dear Cara
You don't mention your present weight in kg and height in metres so that I can work out your BMI to judge if you really need to lose these kgs. Check your BMI on the 'Tools' section of the 'Diet' site and if your BMI falls into the normal range (18-25), then you may experience difficulties in losing a small amount of weight. To lose weight, you need to eat a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy), and combine it with regular exercise (running, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming). You should be able to lose 2 kg in 4 weeks - slow and steady is better than fast which usually results in re-gain of lost weight.
Good luck
