do u get a commission on all atkins diet books sold?? Ur advice to everyone was to try the atkins diet.. i have heard very bad things about this diet and living on high protein is very bad for you!

I hope you are NOT referring to me, but to Nutrition Nut!!! I have spent the past 8 years telling Readers NOT to use high-protein diets. Check the Archives where I have repeated ad nauseam that high-protein diets are potentially harmful and should NOT be used, and that a balanced, low-fat, high-fibre diet combined with regular exercise is the safest way to lose weight. Glad you have not fallen into the 'magic promises-type diet fallacy'.
