Dear Newby
Congratulations on the birth of your baby! Oolong tea should not really interfere with breastfeeding. Camellia sinensis is the plant from which all 'black' or as we say 'Ceylon' teas are made by drying the leaves. So oolong tea is similar to ordinary tea.
