passive exercise
Does passive exercise truely allow you to lose weight without drastically changing your dietary habits?
Dear Lollies
I doubt that passive exercise will do more than tighten up your muscles. Only aerobic exercise which increases the amount of energy that you require on a daily basis will assist with weight loss and then it must also be combined with a low-energy diet. It is the combination of diet and active exercise that helps you lose weight.
Best regards
