perfect weight loss programme for young adults
hi expert. im 19 this year and i have been over weight since i was a child. i seem to have big thighs and arms. according to people i am obiese. i really need a good eating plan that will help me lose my baby fat and make me healthy. my mom says that i eat too much carbs. i dont know what to eat in order to loose weigth. i have tried over 10 diets and nothing seems to work. is ti possible for you to give me a diet which will help me loose my weight?

To lose weight you need to basically change your lifestyle. If you find that you are NOT losing weight on this diet then I would suggest that you have a medical checkup to determine if you suffer from hormone imbalances such as thyroid deficiency, insulin resistance, or female hormone problems. If you should suffer from insulin resistance then you must consult a clinical dietitian, because the correct diet is one of the most important factors in treatment.
