i am addicted to popcorn.. i can eat it everyday, but would like to know if it is healthy or should i stop

If you eat popcorn that is only lightly salted and not smothered in butter or sugar, then you can certainly eat a moderate amount every day as it is rich in dietary fibre. But if you eat large quantities it could cause weight gain and if it is highly salted then it can affect blood pressure and kidney function. Moderation is always better.
