Dear Cas
Congratulations on your pregnancy. I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Except for unpasteurised milk and cheeses made from such milk, which may cause Brucellosis, that is associated with loss of the foetus, most other foods are perfectly safe. Do not, however, take any medications, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamin and mineral supplements (danger of vitamin A and D toxicity), or herbal remedies without first consulting your doctor or gynae. Click on 'Diet' at the top of this page and then on 'Eating throughout life' and read all the articles on pregnancy.
Wishing you all the best for a successful pregnancy
Best regards
