Thanks for your reply. I went thru the website and foloowed the instructions and guidlines and basically work out something for myself. It excludes Dinner but is it more or less in the right direction?

Your food intake looks reasonable and should provide sufficient energy for your physical activity. However, I would caution you against having 2 eggs every day of the week. According to the SA Heart Foundation, South Africans should not eat more than 4 eggs per week! Substitute cottage cheese (low-fat) and fish for some of these eggs to keep your cholesterol levels down.
