HI

I saw celery salt at the supermarket the other day.IS this a better
replacement for sodium salt.I have High BP
What other salt will be a better replacement.?

If you suffer from high bp, then it is a good idea to limit your intake of sodium and sodium chloride (table salt). Celery sal may still contain sodium, so check on the label of this specific product if it mentions sodium chloride or table salt. You can buy potassium salt at health shops to substitute for table salt.
