skin condition
Good morning!I have uneven skintone and I have lots of marks on my skin, can you recommend supplements I can use to improve my skin. Ive started to drink lots of water (2-3litres per day) but I dont see any improvement. I've heard about cod-liver oil tablets, but i dont know. My skin is also very dry. I would like to improve my skintone, but i have no idea what to do about it. Can you please recommend something that would improve my skintone and something i can use for the marks on my skin.
Thank you vey much for your time and effort always! Its appreciated.

Dear Lee
If you are eating a well balanced diet that includes all the food groups and are getting regular exercise which improves blood circulation, then you should not really need any additional supplements. Dietary factors will also not affect the skin tone. I would recommend that you consult a Dermatologist as this unevenness could be due to fungal infections, eczema, etc. The Dermatologist may also be able to prescribe the necessary treatment to remove the marks on your skin. In regard to water intake, don't have more than 3-4 glasses a day otherwise you will wash important minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium out of your body and cause electrolyte imbalances.
Best regards
