Dear Dietdoc

I have started your "slimming diet" today. Can you please answer one question for me. What would you recommend as a snack/treat between meals??

You can use 'free vegetables and fruits' as snacks, such as carrot or celery sticks, baby tomatoes, gherkins, cucumber, unbuttered popcorn in small quantities, and all berry fruits. Also use the breakfast yoghurt portion as a mid-afternoon snack if you like.
