Special diet for psoriasis
I've got psoriasis. Do I have to change my diet? My blood group is A positive.
Dear Chrizelda
I have consulted a Dermatologist about this problem and diet does not play an important role because psoriasis is an auto-immune disease. Stress is probably more important than diet, as this can make the condition flare up. So try and relax as much as possible (yoga and relaxing classes and reflexology will help you to relax).
Best regards
