Dear Djimbie
Well done! You are a ***star*** for stopping smoking and you will feel how this improves your health. Try cutting down on fat intake (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre diet) and doing some exercise (join a good gym or Walk for Life) to counteract the weight gain. Also make sure that you have plenty of sugar-free chewing gum and low-energy snacks like celery sticks, carrots pieces and baby tomatoes to nibble when you ned oral satisfaction which was previously provided by smoking.
Keep up the good work
