Sulphur
Hi! Can you tell me which foods contain high contents of sulphur.
Dear Lindsay
Sulphur as part of foods is contained in the sulphur-containing amino acids which are mainly found in protein foods such as meat, eggs, fish, milk, yoghurt and cheese. ADDED sulphur in the form of preservatives like sulphur dioxide is found in foods and beverages such as: wine, esp white wine; dried fruit, cold drinks, some fruit drinks, processed foods, etc - check the labels to see if they mention sulphur dioxide.
Best regards
