Which of the takeout/fastfood meals are better than the rest when trying to loose weight?

Dear Lindsay
Choose foods like grilled chicken and discard the skin, or grilled fish without batter, lots of salads, baked potatoes, and avoid all fatty foods like salad dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, butter, etc.
