i am a 17 year old girl and i would like to start becoming more healthy and to lose some weight. i am permanantly under stress at school and i think my diet along with this stress is causing fatigue as i am constantly tired and unenergetic. I am going to start jogging 3 times a week but i need some help with an eating plan?

To lose weight, you need to eat a low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' for a copy), and combine it with regular exercise (your jogging is a good idea), which will also stimulate your metabolism. The exercise will also help to relax you and combat the stress. Don't try to cut down on your food intake too drastically as this will make you even more tired and listless and can lead to deficiencies.
