Very similar to Sureslim, I think. Bloodtest are done (thyriod, insulin etc.), answering a questionare and according to that they (doctors) work out a diet for you. First a detox for 7 days, then "your" diet (for 3 months), when you reached your goal, they give you, "your" stabilizing eating plan for life. They will encorporate exercise etc.
