Hi Please can Youa dvise Me what Vitex agnus castus is. I need to know if it is a herb or a Tablet as I was infomed to take this.

Wow, I must admit that I have not yet come across this product. It sounds like a herbal preparation. Go to your chemist and aks the pharmacist to look it up in a book called the Pharmacopoeia. I'd be interested to know what it is so post another Question if you find out what it does.
