Water
How much water (excluding other fluids) must a person drink per day
Dear Chantelle
3-4 cups of 250 ml = 1 litre, unless it is very hot, then you could increase the volume to 1,5 litre or more, but not on a daily basis, esp if you drink plenty of other liquids (tea, coffee, cold drinks, milk, etc).
Best regards
