i have been on weighless for 2 weeks now..really really enjoying following it very well. i have only lost 0.2kgs so far...a teenny bit disappointed though. i do aerobic walking 3 day a week for about 40minutes a session.
i used to follow the protein diet(since august last year and stopped about a month ago)
is this slow weight loss due to the adjustment .
i am 1.63cm tall and weight 71kgs.
please advise i am really enjoying weighless and the foods and want positive answers

Dear Ruby
If you stick to Weighless strictly which should not be a problem seeing that you like the food and continue with your good exercise schedule then you will lose weight. Your present BMI = 26.7, which is close to the normal range (18-25), and this may be why you are not losing large amounts of weight. Weight loss tends to slow down when you get close to the normal range. It could also be an adjustment seeing that you ate a high-protein, high-fat diet before. Stick to the diet and your exercise and you will lose that weight. Weighless have helped thousands of individuals to lose weight successfully for more than 30 years and you will also succeed.
