You will probably start losing weight if you only eat fruit and fat-free yoghurt, but this is not a balanced diet and you may become deficient if you pursue it. Try eating an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss' , ‘The right approach' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), and combine it with your exercise programme. Be careful that these pills don't cause negative side-effects.
