Weigth gain
I'm currently in my last year of studying.Am also going through a phsycological downer personally and professionally all of this which has contributed to me losing weight. I am 24, 1.75 in lenght and 60kg. I do feel that i'm underweight.

I would like to ask u if i should only start with this eating plan after(next year) my studying or will this have an effect if ishouldi start now

Also i would like to ask the duration of this eating plan or does it depends from person to person.

Dear PJ
Your present BMI = 19,6 at the moment which is close to underweight and I agree that it would be a good idea to try and gain about 8-10 kg so that you would have a BMI of 23 (I am presuming that you are male). Increasing your food intake will not affect your studies, so you can start immediately if possible. You would continue until you have reached your target weight. If you start losing weight one you have reached your target weight then resume the increased energy intake.
Good luck with the exams
