Dear Help
If you are enquiring about herbal products, I must admit that I am not a herbalist and that you should perhaps ask at your health shop. From a dietary point of view you need to reduce your intake of all sugars and refined carbohydrates and only eat foods with a low glycaemic index (GI). Click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'The right approach' and read the articles on the GI. Regular exercise such as going for brisk walks every day can also help to improve your blood fat profile.
