Dear Tido
As you don't list your present height in metres, I cannot calculate your BMI to see if you are overweight or not. Click on 'Tools' on the 'Diet' site and calculate your own BMI. If your BMI is in the normal range (18-25), then you will find it difficult to lose weight. If you are eating too little you may also ironically struggle to lose weight because your body switches off its weight loss mechanisms in the face of perceived 'starvation'. Click on 'Diet' and 'Weight loss' and 'Slimming Diet' and compare the low-fat, high-fibre diet with what you are eating at present and make the necessary changes. If you have still not lose any weight after a month, then have a medical checkup to have your thyroid and insulin hormones tested, because an underactive thyroid and/or insulin resistance can hamper weight loss.
Keep up the good work with the exercise.
Best regards
