Why remove seeds from grapes and other fruit before juicing?
In your detox diet you say that before blending smoothies you should remove seeds from fruits or use seedless grapes. Why? Surely there are benefits such as proanthocyanidin to be derived from these seeds in moderation and vit B17 from Apricot kernels. As long as the cyanide level is not excessive surely it is a healthyier option to keep the seeds (barring apple seeds).

Dear Neil
I did not compile this detox diet despite the fact that it is featured on the Diet site. I can see no reason for removing seeds from grapes, unless it is to make the smoothie more palatable! But I would strongly advise you NOT to include apricot pips because no one should be ingesting cyanide on a regular basis and the old myth that apricot kernels protect against cancer, has been disproved.
