Would one loose weight
if one only eat healthy food and when hungry?
Dear Anonym
It is important to understand that to lose weight you must reduce your energy intake and/or increase your energy output (by doing exercise). So if you eat only healthy food only when you are hungry and your total energy intake is still higher than your energy output, then you will not lose weight.
