yeast
My boy is allergic to molds, can he eat bread or products containing yeast?

Dear Rubi
This depends on which moulds your son is allergic to. If the test results mentioned Saccharomyces as one of the offending organisms then he will not be able to use any products that have been produced using these microorganisms that occur in bakers' and brewers' yeast. In this case he would only be able to eat unleavened bread products like Matzos and you would need to check all labels to see if they contain bakers' yeast.
Best regards
