Could you lose weight from doing yoga, I purchased 2 dvd's this week one Yoga with Gym Ball and other Power Yoga - both 60minutes long - i want to do it 4 times a week

Yoga is an excellent form of exercise, esp if you need to relax and de-stress. However, it would depend on how active the exercises on these DVDs are because to lose weight it is usually necessary to do 30 min of aerobic exercise a day (brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling or spinning, rowing, Walk for Life or aerobic gym).
