Yoghurt-healthy or not?
How healthy are fruit flavoured yoghurts? I read somewhere that they contain a lot of sugar. Is it okay to eat a 250ml tub of fruit flavoured yoghurt daily or should I rather opt for the plain version?

Fruit-flavoured yoghurts are excellent foods, rich in protein of high quality, B vitamins, calcium and other minerals. But if you compare the energy content of fat-free yoghurt sweetened with sugar that also contains fruit (426 kJ/100 ml) with that of plain, fat-free yoghurt (233 kJ/100 ml), then you will save a lot of energy by eating the unsweetened plain product.
