I would advise that you do not attempt unprotected intercourse despite using anti-retrovirals. Even if the viral load in the blood is very low, this does not necessarily mean that the viral load in the seminal plasma (within the ejaculate) is low unless this is tested specifically.
I would recommend that you opt for intra uterine insemination or ivf (icsi) to prevent viral transmission. The intra uterine insemination techniques will consist of a sperm wash which will rid the sperm/ejaculate of viral particles before this is introduced into the female genital tract.
