Hyster vs hsg
ttcing, never pregnant, had endo and scar tissue removed. 2 laps & hysteroscopy' s. all ok according to doc. Any reason why he would prefer to do a hysteroscopy rather than HSG to check tubes?
Dear Anony
One does not perform a hysteroscopy to assess if the fallopian tubes are normal and patent. You can either have a laparoscopy and a dye test to check the fallopian tubes or an HSG. A hysteroscopy is not used for that purpose. Of the two tests a laparoscopy is the more beneficial test.
