uterine septum
I have been trying to get the definition kindly assist.

A uterine septum is a congenital anomaly of the uterus more specifically the endometrial cavity. A septum is a piece of tissue either fibrous or muscular that extends usually downward from the fundus of the uterus towards the cervix. This piece of tissue would then result in separation of the endometrial cavity into two separate portions. One can get a complete or incomplete uterine septum whereby a complete would separate the cavity totally and an incomplete septum would separate the cavity partially. There is an increase incidence of miscarriages in woman who have the presence of a uterine septum.
